I am running for Union School Board to be a voice for the students, parents, teachers, staff, and community. As a board member, I will work at increasing engagement between the community, the medical field, and the school district. My healthcare experience will be beneficial, as I support using evidence-based reasoning to consider the physical health of our Union community, as well as the mental health of our students and staff. I want to hear from the Union Community and work together to create the best Union.
A Stronger Union
This community is built on the foundation that we have a great school for our children to be a part of. It is vitally important we make sure our school lives on to help this community build for the future.
Data Driven Return to School
We need to get children back in the class room, that is the most important thing facing our children in this pandemic. My healthcare experience will be beneficial, as I support using evidence-based reasoning to consider the physical health of our Union community, as well as the mental health of our students and staff.
Your Voice at Your School
I believe every child deserves to have a voice, and I am an active child advocate. I recently served on the District Reentry Committee which created Union students' guidelines to returning to school safely in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. I am passionate about the health and safety of our students and staff within the Union community.
